You may cancel an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings generated from bonus funds. All bets are subject to acceptance by mitoto. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly when we suspect fraudulent activity, technical errors, or rule violations. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your betting history, it becomes valid and binding. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn after acceptance except where specifically permitted by game rules or in cases of obvious technical errors.
For sports betting, all wagers are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of venue changes, the bet stands unless otherwise specified in sports-specific rules. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services at any time for maintenance, technical issues, legal compliance, or business reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, platform unavailability, or technical difficulties.
mitoto is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services including payment processors, game providers, sports data feeds, or external websites linked from our Platform. Your interactions with third-party service providers are governed by their respective terms and conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mitoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or emotional distress, arising from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.
mitoto shall not be held liable for any failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, power outages, or internet service disruptions.
You may close your mitoto account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our services.
